Heartland’s local aspect, reviews and other credibility were effectively highlighted throughout the website.

To show up for these results in their local area, we made sure to optimise their Google My Business Profile.
Our local SEO strategy included updating their business descriptions, weekly posting, and getting their existing clients to leave reviews (without coming across as spammy). This was key to showing up first on Google.
Conversions
Now we have people visiting the website. The rest of the work was to make it as easy as possible for the customer to go from click to call.
One of the main changes to do this was adding Contact forms throughout the site. These guide customers to prompt a call, as encouraged by a free estimate. We then tracked and streamlined this overtime.
